This privacy policy explains how eng-usa-primebiome.com ("we", "us", "this site") handles information when you visit. The short version: we do not sell your personal information, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not process payments on this website.
When you click a purchase link on this site you leave for the vendor's own checkout, which is operated by ClickBank. Anything you enter there, including your name, address and payment details, is collected and controlled by them under their privacy policy, not ours.

- How to contact us
1. Who we are
This website is operated by eng-usa-primebiome.com, located at https://eng-usa-primebiome.com/. You can reach us at contact@primebiome-product.com.
We publish independent product research. We are not the manufacturer, distributor or seller of PrimeBiome. We have no access to vendor customer records, order histories or payment information.
2. Information we collect
We collect very little, and most of it arrives automatically rather than because you typed it in.
Information collected automatically
When you load a page, standard web server and analytics data is recorded. This typically includes:
- Your IP address, which may be truncated or anonymized depending on our analytics configuration.
- Browser type and version, operating system and device category.
- Screen resolution and general language settings.
- The page you landed on, pages you viewed and roughly how long you stayed.
- The referring website or search engine that sent you here.
- Approximate geographic region derived from your IP address, usually at city or state level rather than anything more precise.
Information you provide directly
This site has no account system, no newsletter form and no comment section. The only way you would send us personal information is by emailing us. If you do, we receive whatever you put in that email, which normally means your email address and the content of your message.
Information we never receive
- Payment card numbers, bank details or billing addresses.
- Shipping addresses or order contents.
- Health information, medical history or any details about conditions you may be managing.
- Government identifiers of any kind.
3. How we use information
The data described above is used for a narrow set of purposes:
- Keeping the website running, loading correctly and reasonably fast.
- Understanding which pages and sections people actually read, so we can improve them.
- Measuring which traffic sources send visitors, in aggregate.
- Detecting and blocking abusive traffic, scraping and attempted attacks.
- Meeting our legal and record keeping obligations.
- Answering you if you email us.
We do not build advertising profiles about individual visitors, and we do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. This site may use the following categories.
| Category | Purpose | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core site function, security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site. | Session to 12 months |
| Analytics | Aggregate measurement of page views, time on page and traffic sources. | Up to 24 months |
| Affiliate tracking | Set by ClickBank when you click a purchase link, so a completed order can be credited to this site. | Up to 60 days |
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block cookies entirely, block third party cookies only, or delete cookies already stored. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading this site. It may prevent a purchase from being credited to us, which affects our commission but costs you nothing.
5. Affiliate tracking and ClickBank
This site earns commission on qualifying purchases. When you click a purchase link, ClickBank records that the click came from our affiliate account and places a tracking cookie on your device. If you buy within the tracking window, the sale is attributed to us and we receive a percentage.
This costs you nothing extra. The price is identical whether you arrive through our link, through a search result or by typing the vendor's address directly. We do not receive your name, your order details or any payment information as part of this arrangement. What we see in our affiliate dashboard is anonymized commission data.
Once you click through, you are on ClickBank's platform and their privacy policy governs what happens next. We recommend reading it before completing a purchase.
6. Third party services
A handful of outside services process data when you use this site. Each one has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
- Web hosting provider at hostinger.com, which stores server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Fonts, which serves the Poppins typeface. Font requests reach Google's servers and include your IP address.
- Analytics provider at Google Analytics 4.
- ClickBank, for affiliate attribution and, if you purchase, for the transaction itself.
If you would prefer that Google Fonts not receive your IP address, you can self host the font files instead. That change is on our roadmap and you are welcome to ask us where it stands.
7. Information sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in these circumstances:
- To the service providers listed above, strictly so they can perform their function for us.
- When required by law, a valid subpoena, a court order or a lawful government request.
- To protect our rights, investigate fraud or respond to a security incident.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we would post notice on this site before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
8. How long we keep information
Server logs are typically retained and then deleted or overwritten. Analytics data is retained according to the setting configured in our analytics account, commonly 14 or 26 months. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your question and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts traffic between your browser and our server. We apply access controls and keep software patched. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Since we do not collect payment or health information, the sensitivity of what we hold is low by design.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:
- Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correction. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may confirm this with us.
- Non discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising any privacy right.
- Portability. Receive your information in a portable, machine readable format where applicable.
To exercise any of these, email contact@primebiome-product.com with a description of your request. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming you control the email address you contacted us from.
11. California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the rights listed in section 10 above, plus the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined in the statute.
Over the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected are identifiers, specifically IP address and device identifiers, and internet activity information, specifically browsing behavior on this website. Both are collected automatically for the purposes listed in section 3. We have not sold or shared either category.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of that authorization.
12. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The product discussed here is not suitable for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@primebiome-product.com and we will delete it promptly.
13. Do Not Track and global privacy control
Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is still no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond, so we do not currently act on it. We do recognize the Global Privacy Control signal where our platform supports it, and we treat it as a valid opt out request from residents of states whose laws require that.
14. Links to other websites
This site links to the official vendor site and to ClickBank. Once you follow one of those links you are on a website we do not control and this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any external site.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
16. How to contact us
For any privacy question or request:
- Email: contact@primebiome-product.com
For questions about a PrimeBiome order you have already placed, including refunds, shipping and billing, contact ClickBank customer support directly. We have no access to order records and cannot look anything up for you.
